Compensation And Financial Benefits

  • Rate of Pay: Starting at 0.56 per mile with performance-based escalations.
  • Weekly Gross: High-volume freight ensures weekly earnings of 1,400 to 1,800 dollars.

The Fleet Experience

  • Premium Equipment: Operate assigned 2024–2025 Freightliner or Kenworth tractors.
  • Freight Profile: Dedicated dry van operations; 70% Drop and Hook with 100% No-Touch freight.
  • Network: Strategic route planning and consistent year-round volume primarily in the Eastern half of the U.S.
  • Support: Professional dispatchers and 24/7 maintenance support to keep you moving.


Professional Training Program

We offer a structured 3–5 week paid training phase for qualified graduates of accredited CDL schools (120 hour programs).

  • Master ELD compliance, trip planning, and advanced safety inspections.
  • Transition to solo driving following a comprehensive performance evaluation.
