Pay & Financial Perks

• Weekly Earnings: $1,400 – $1,500 average (guaranteed weekly pay for your first 3 months solo).
• Mileage Rate: $0.56 to $0.64 CPM, scaled to experience.
• Short-Haul Pay: Extra $25 for any load under 100 miles.
• Orientation & Extras: $300 orientation pay on your first check (travel covered) performance bonuses.
  
  
  

Freight & Schedule

• Distance: :2,000 miles weekly.
• Hauls: Mostly drop-and-hook with occasional live loads/unloads and preloads.
• Time Off: 34-hour weekly restart at home; holiday shifts apply unless scheduled during home time.
• Operations: Day/night/weekend shifts managed by a dedicated, single regional planner.
  
  
  

Qualifications

• New Drivers: $850/week paid training (4–6 weeks); requires 120 hours from an accredited CDL school.
• Experienced Drivers: 6 months OTR in the last year OR 12 months in the last 5 years (Military driving counts via DD214).
• General: Age 21 with a valid state-matching CDL.
• Background & Screening: Clean driving record (max 2 moving violations in 2 years; zero major preventable accidents in 5 years); must pass urine and hair drug tests.
