Pay and Miles
- Experienced drivers start at $0.56 CPM with potential to earn up to $0.64 CPM after five years
- Average 2,500 miles per week
- Weekly pay between $1,300 and $1,500
- Pay increases every 3–6 months
- Dry Van freight 100% no-touch with 50% drop-and-hook
- 14 days out 2 full days home
- Option to take your truck home during time off
- Full benefits after 30 days including Medical Dental PTO 401K and more
- $800 vacation pay after one year
- Rider and pet policy available
- Must be 21 with CDL-A and at least 120 hours from an accredited school
- Paid training at $650/week for 4–6 weeks (200–250 hours)
- Start at $0.56 CPM after training
- Rider and pet allowed after training
- Safely operate a Class A tractor-trailer
- Transport and deliver freight on time to regional locations
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections
- Maintain accurate logs and paperwork in compliance with DOT regulations
- Valid CDL-A license and at least 21 years old
- 6 months recent Class A driving experience OR CDL school for trainees
- Clean driving record with no major violations or accidents in the last 5 years
- No DUI felony or misdemeanor in the last 10 years
- Must pass urine and hair pre-employment drug screening
