- 27% load percentage – $1,400–$1,600 average weekly gross
- Top performers reach $1,800–$2,000

- Minimum 22 years of age
- 12 months verifiable flatbed experience in past 5 years
- Documented steel, pipe, or coil securement experience (coil hauling strongly preferred)
- Proficient with tarps, straps, chains, and binders
- No DUI/DWI convictions in the last 5 years
- No violations in FMCSA Clearinghouse
- Pre-employment urine drug screen required
