- CPM: $0.43 – $0.61 based on verifiable experience
- Weekly Pay: $1,300 – $1,500 average
- Annual Salary: $67,000 – $85,000
- Weekly Miles: Approximately 2,200 average
- Orientation: Paid — travel and hotel provided
- Home every other week for a 34/48-hour reset

- Valid Class A CDL required to enter
- Minimum 120 hours of driving in trucking school
- Training format: OTR for 4 to 6 weeks with assigned mentor
- Training pay: $650.00 per week throughout training period
- 21 years of age or older with a valid Class A CDL
- 6 months verifiable experience — or recent CDL A School graduate
- No DOT preventable accidents or major accidents on record
- Any DOT preventable accident in the last 5 years is an automatic disqualification
- No more than 2 preventable incidents
- Must not have been terminated from last position due to safety concerns
- Never failed or refused a DOT drug or alcohol test
- No DUI in a commercial vehicle within the last 5 years
