- New CDL-A holders welcome, or 6 months verifiable solo experience
- Teams and owner operators welcome
- Valid Class A CDL and current DOT medical card, 21 years or older
- Clean MVR and background check
- Must pass hair and urine drug testing
- Guaranteed weekly pay while you train
- One-on-one mentor training on the road
- Move to full solo pay the day training wraps
- 120 hours from an accredited CDL school required
- Average weekly pay of $1,400 to $1,800 on the OTR pay package
- $1,000 guaranteed weekly pay for your first 3 months as a solo driver
- Performance bonus program
- $75 plus mileage for short haul loads, $15 stop pay
- Mixed lanes and customers, steady freight
- Live load, live unload, preload, and drop and hook
- Consistent weekly mileage
- Home every two weeks
- Day and night dispatch
- Weekends worked, holidays are volunteer only
