Pay & Training
- Guaranteed weekly salary during your 4–6 week mentor program.
- Solo drivers average $1,250–$1,550 weekly,
- Top performers earning $1,700 or more through bonuses.
- All orientation and onboarding time is paid.
- Regional dry-van freight, mostly no-touch and drop & hook.
- Home every two weeks for 34–48 hours.
- Operating through FL, GA, AL, SC, NC, and TN.
- Assigned late-model Freightliner or Kenworth trucks with APUs
- Medical, dental, and vision insurance after 30 days.
- 401(k) with company match, paid vacation, detention pay, layover pay, and weekly direct deposit.
- 24-hour dispatch and support whenever you need it.
- Valid Class A CDL, 21 years or older,
- 120 hours from accredited school.
- Pass DOT physical and hair plus urine test.
- No SAP participation or DUI/DWI within 5 years.
