Pay & Training
- You’ll earn a guaranteed weekly salary through a 4–6-week mentor program.
- Solo drivers average $1,300 – $1,500 weekly.
- Top performers reach $1,700 or more with bonuses.
- Monthly safety and performance incentives are available, and orientation is paid.
- Freight is 100 percent no-touch refrigerated freight with about 60 percent drop and hook.
- Home every other week for 34–48 hours.
- Running lanes throughout CA, OR, WA, AZ, NV, UT, ID, and NM.
- Late-model automatic trucks — Freightliner, KW T680, or International.
- You can take the truck home during time off.
- Pet and rider programs available after training.
- Full medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) after 30 days.
- Paid vacation, detention and layover pay
- Weekly direct deposit, and 24-hour dispatch support.
- Valid Class A CDL.
- Age 21 or older.
- Minimum 120 hours from an accredited CDL school.
- Pass DOT physical and hair plus urine screen.
- Stable work history with no SAP participation or DUI/DWI in the last five years.
