- Training Salary: Earn $850 per week while training alongside a dedicated OTR mentor.

- Entry Requirement: Open to CDL graduates with a minimum of 120 hours from an accredited school.
Pay & Long-Term Earning Potential
- Weekly Earnings: $1,200 to $1,800 average per week (earning potential grows with tenure).
- Bonuses & Extras: Additional performance bonuses plus $15 per stop.
Lanes & Dispatch
- Operating Territory: 27 states (everything east of Denver, 100% excluding Northeast congestion).
- Weekly Miles: 1,800 to 2,200 miles.
- Freight Handling: Mix of drop-and-hook, preloads, and live load/unload.
Schedule & Home Time
- Home Time: Home every 2 weeks (flexible schedule options open for discussion).
- Shift Details: Day/night dispatches; weekend work expected, flexible holiday scheduling.
Driver Requirements
- Valid Class-A CDL and DOT Medical Card (Age 21 ).
- Open to trainees/new graduates, as well as 6 month solo drivers, teams, and owner-operators.
- Clean MVR, background check, and mandatory hair urine drug testing.
