Dedicated regional account running out of Kansas City, offering a higher pay scale, consistent freight, and the same dispatcher/planner throughout the region.

- Pay based on experience $0,56 - $0,64
- Average weekly earnings: $1,400 to $1,500.
- Guaranteed pay for your first 3 months after your first solo dispatch.
- Driver performance bonus included.
- Weekly mileage around 2,000 -2,300 miles.
- $25 short haul pay for loads under 100 miles.
- Mostly drop and hook, with some live load, live unload, and preload assignments.
- Consistent freight with the same planner in the region.
- Frequently home or through your house on runs.
- Home once a week on a 34-hour restart.
- Both day and night shifts available.
- Weekend work required; holiday work expected if you're not taking home time that week.
- New CDL-A holders are welcome to apply. Our paid over-the-road training program includes: 4 to 6 weeks with an experienced trainer, guaranteed weekly training pay of $850, and immediate transition to full solo driver pay after successful completion.
- Applicants must have completed at least 120 hours at an accredited CDL training school.
- Experienced drivers: 6 months OTR experience in the last 12 months, or 12 months in the past 5 years.
- Must be at least 21 years old with a valid Class A CDL in your state of residence.
- Clean driving record: no more than 2 moving violations in the last 2 years and no major preventable accidents in the last 5 years.
- Must pass hair and urine drug testing.
- Military experience considered with a valid DD214.
- Health, dental, and vision insurance available after 30 days of employment.
- 401k with company match and paid time off.
- Orientation pay of $300 included on your first paycheck, plus covered travel to orientation.
