- $0.65 CPM (all miles paid)
- Performance Bonus: Up to $0.05 CPM paid monthly (Driver Scorecard – idle, service, compliance, safety)
- Average Weekly Gross: $1,600 – $2,100
- Average Weekly Miles: 2,500 - 3,000
- Tarp Pay: $50.00 per tarp
- Layover, Detention, Multi-Stop Pay
- Long Hood Kenworth W900s – average age 2–3 years old
- Truck permanently assigned to driver
- Take your truck home on time off (safe parking required; plug-in in cold weather – no idling)
- Automatic and manual transmissions; requests accommodated
- Front and rear-facing cameras
- Inverters on all trucks; some with APUs
- EZ Pass, PrePass, EFS fuel card, Motive/Qualcomm provided

- CDL-A
- 2 years verifiable OTR T/T experience in the past 3 years
- 1 year verified flatbed experience required – no flatbed training provided
- Must pass company DOT physical (new physical required even with existing card)
- Urine drug test required
- No SAP drivers – lifetime disqualification
- No DUI/DWI in the past 5 years
- No felonies in the past 7 years
- No more than 3 jobs in the past 12 months – no exceptions
- No serious preventable crashes in the past 3 years
- No major moving violations in the past 3 years
