New to Trucking? Here's Exactly What to Expect

• Guaranteed weekly pay during training, paid every week
• Paid one-on-one OTR training with an experienced mentor
• Immediate upgrade to full solo mileage rate once training is complete
• Minimum of 120 hours from an accredited CDL school required to start
  
  
  

Pay

• OTR pay package, average weekly earnings from $1,400 up to $1,800 as you build tenure
• $1,000 guaranteed weekly pay for your first 3 months after your first solo dispatch
• Performance bonus program
• $75 plus mileage for short haul loads

Route & Freight

• Mixed lanes and customers, steady freight
• Live load, live unload, preload, and drop and hook
• Consistent weekly mileage
  
  
  

Home Time & Schedule

• Home every two weeks
• Day and night dispatch
• Weekend work expected, holidays are volunteer-based, not mandatory
  
  
  

Qualifications

• New CDL-A holders welcome, or 6 months of verifiable solo experience
• Team drivers and owner operators welcome
• Valid Class A CDL and current DOT medical card, 21 years or older
• Clean MVR and background check
• Must pass hair and urine drug testing
