Job Details
- Regional operation with a guaranteed weekly home reset.
- Mileage runs between 2,200 and 2,500 per week.
- Average trip is roughly 300 miles.
- All freight is no-touch, with 50–60% drop & hook.
- 2021 automatic Freightliner Cascadia or Kenworth.
- Drivers are allowed to park the truck at home.
- Earn $0.54–$0.60 CPM based on experience.
- Weekly gross typically falls between $1,200 and $1,500.
- Detention after 2 hours: $12.50/hr.
- Layover or breakdown: $100/day.
- $1,000 sign-on: $500 after your first load and $500 after 30 days.
- Up to 3 CPM in performance incentives.
- Full benefits (medical, dental, vision, RX, 401k) after 30 days.
- Valid CDL-A, age 21 .
- Minimum 3 months recent solo tractor–trailer experience.
- Solid work record and clean MVR/PSP.
- No DUI in the last 5 years.
- DOT drug screen and medical card required.
