Job Details:
- Pay: $1,300–$1,500 per week
- Home Time: Every other week (48-hour reset)
- Mileage Pay: $0.55–$0.65 CPM (based on experience)
- Freight: Dry van, 40% live load, 60% drop & hook, 100% no-touch (lumpers paid when required)
- Miles: 1,900–2,200 per week
- Routes: Regional (Southeast), no travel north of OH/IN
- Pet Policy: One dog (under 30 lbs) allowed from Day 1
- Rider Policy: Passenger allowed from Day 1
- Orientation: Paid travel, hotel, and training
- Bonuses: Up to $0.08 CPM (fuel, safety, performance)
- Benefits (Medical, Dental, 401K, PTO) – Active after 30 days
- Additional Pay: Detention, layover, and extra stop pay
- 24/7 Dispatch Support
- Trucks: Freightliner, Kenworth T680, International (2020 & newer)
- Transmission: Automatic
- Comfort: APU-equipped trucks
- No Slip Seating – Take Truck Home
- Requirements:
- Class A CDL & 120 training hours from an accredited school
- Paid training (4–6 weeks, regional & OTR)
- $650 per week during training
- Home every other week (34–48 hours)
- Dog & rider policy applies after training
- Age: 21 with a valid Class A CDL
- Driving Record: No major accidents, tickets, or suspensions in the last 5 years
- Employment History: Stable 10-year work history with no unexplained gaps
- Criminal Record: No DUI/DWI, felonies, or misdemeanors in the past 10 years
- Drug Screening: Must pass urine & hair follicle test
