- Average 2,500 miles per week once solo
- 100% no-touch dry van freight
- Assigned automatic tractor (take-home truck)
- Late-model Freightliner, Kenworth, and International with APU
- $1,200–$1,400 weekly once solo
- Guaranteed weekly pay during 4–6 weeks of training
- Stop pay, detention pay, and layover pay
- Weekly direct deposit
- Performance incentives for safe, efficient driving
- Home every 2 weeks for a full 48-hour reset
- Rider program after training
