- 4–6 week paid mentor program for new CDL-A drivers
- Full pay during training weeks
- $300 orientation bonus applied on your first solo paycheck
- Guided over-the-road experience in Western regional dry van operations
- Minimum requirements: CDL-A license, 21 years old, 120 hours from an accredited CDL school
- Average weekly pay: $1,300–$1,500
- Top 25% of drivers earn up to $1,700 per week
- Up to $0.08 CPM performance bonus
