Company Overview

• Full time W2 driving opportunities

Income and Compensation

• Weekly gross earnings from 1400 to 1800 dollars
• Base pay rate of 0.56 per mile
• Additional incentives for safety and performance
• Direct deposit issued every Friday

Training Program Details

• Paid training available for qualified entry level drivers
• Duration of 3 to 5 weeks depending on performance
• Requires 120 hours of accredited CDL school completion
• Focus on ELD compliance and safe operation
• Final evaluation required before solo assignment

Equipment and Freight

• Assigned 2024 and 2025 Freightliner and Kenworth tractors
• Modern fleet with consistent maintenance support
• Dry van freight with no touch environment
• Approximately 70 percent drop and hook operations

Driver Requirements
