- Trainees welcome. Experienced: 6 months OTR in the last 12 or 12 months in the last 5 years
- No more than 2 moving violations in 2 years, no serious violations in 12 months
- No major preventable accidents in 5 years
- No DUI/DWI within 5 to 10 years depending on CDL date
- Hair and urine drug testing, 3 years verifiable employment
