- You’ll receive a guaranteed weekly salary during your 4–6 week mentor program.
- Once solo, most drivers earn $1,300 to $1,500 weekly,
- Top performers reaching $1,700 or more with performance bonuses.
- Safety and reliability incentives are available every month, and orientation is paid.
- Freight is 100 percent no-touch refrigerated freight, about 60 percent drop and hook.
- Drivers are home every other week for 34–48 hours.
- You’ll run throughout CA, NV, AZ, OR, WA, UT, ID, and NM.
- Assigned late-model automatic trucks — Freightliner, Kenworth, and International — are equipped with APUs, and can be taken home during time off.
- Pet and rider policies apply after training completion.
- Medical, dental, and vision insurance start after 30 days.
- 401(k) with company match, paid vacation, detention and layover pay, and weekly direct deposit are all part of your package.
- You’ll also have access to 24/7 dispatch and support whenever you need it.
- Valid Class A CDL and at least 21 years of age.
- Minimum of 120 hours from an accredited CDL school.
- Must pass DOT physical and hair plus urine drug screening.
- No SAP participation, DUI, or DWI within the past five years.
- Consistent employment history with no major gaps.
