Now Hiring: Transportation Dispatcher
Join our fast-paced transportation team as a Dispatcher! You’ll coordinate drivers, schedule pickups and deliveries, communicate with customers, and help keep daily operations running smoothly.
What You’ll Do
- Dispatch and schedule drivers
- Coordinate pickups and deliveries
- Communicate with drivers, customers, and staff
- Enter and maintain accurate records
- Monitor DOT compliance and required documentation
- Handle incoming calls and resolve issues
- Assist with routing and logistics planning
What We’re Looking For
- Transportation or dispatch experience preferred, but training is available
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic Microsoft Word & Excel skills
- Knowledge of DOT regulations is a plus
