Telephone Sales Representative

About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Experienced Telemarketer to join our home improvement team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, generating qualified leads, and setting appointments for our in-home sales representatives. The ideal candidate has a strong phone presence, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in outbound sales or lead generation within the home improvement or related industries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to promote home improvement products and services.
• Identify customer needs and explain relevant service offerings (e.g., roofing, windows, siding, kitchen/bath remodeling, etc.).
• Schedule appointments for in-home estimates or sales consultations.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of all calls, leads, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
• Follow up with warm leads and past customers to generate repeat business.
• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call and appointment-setting goals.
• Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads.
• Represent the company with professionalism, enthusiasm, and product knowledge.

Qualifications:

• 2 years of telemarketing, call center, or inside sales experience (home improvement industry preferred).
• Strong communication and persuasive sales skills.
• Ability to handle objections and convert interest into appointments.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and lead management tools.
• Reliable, self-motivated, and goal-oriented with a positive attitude.
• High school diploma or equivalent (some college preferred).
