Warehouse Worker

Overview
Are you ready to be part of a fast-growing company in an exciting vaping industry? We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Warehouse Worker to join our team specializing distribution of electronic cigarettes and smoking accessories to retailers across Ohio.

This role is primarily responsible for order fulfillment, inventory management, and delivery operations to ensure our customers receive accurate orders on time. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Daily responsibilities include picking and packing orders, receiving and organizing inventory, completing local deliveries, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and supporting overall warehouse operations. This position is ideal for someone who is dependable, works well independently and within a team, and takes pride in efficiency and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

• Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, verify, and prepare customer orders for shipment and delivery while meeting daily fulfillment deadlines.
• Inventory Management: Receive, organize, restock, and track warehouse inventory while assisting with inventory counts and maintaining accurate stock levels.
• Delivery Operations: Deliver orders to retail customers in a timely and professional manner while ensuring products arrive safely and accurately.
• Warehouse Organization: Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient warehouse environment, including packing stations, shelves, and storage areas.
• Shipping & Receiving: Load and unload shipments, inspect incoming products for damages or discrepancies, and properly process incoming inventory.
• General Warehouse Support: Assist with returns, defective product handling, pallet preparation, and other warehouse or operational tasks as needed.

Skills and Qualifications

• Attention to Detail: Strong accuracy and attention to detail when picking, packing, verifying, and handling inventory and customer orders.
• Physical Capability: Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding warehouse tasks throughout the workday.
• Time Management: Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks and meeting daily deadlines.
• Driving & Transportation: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and ability to complete local deliveries when required.
• Warehouse & Team Experience: Previous experience in warehouse, fulfillment, logistics, or delivery operations preferred, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the electronic cigarette or vaping industry, including product trends, legal requirements, and customer preferences, is highly desirable.
