Overview
We are seeking a creative and data-driven Marketing & Growth Specialist to join our team. This role will own the strategy and execution of multi-channel marketing initiatives to drive customer acquisition, retention, and brand awareness. The ideal candidate is both an analytical thinker and a hands-on creator, with proven experience in copywriting, design, and performance marketing.
Key Responsibilities
- Content & Copywriting
- Write compelling ad copy, website content, landing pages, and customer-facing messaging.
- Develop persuasive storytelling that aligns with brand voice and business objectives.
- Creative & Design
- Design marketing assets for digital ads, emails, and social media.
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure consistent visual branding.
- Campaign Management
- Plan, launch, and optimize email campaigns and SMS/text campaigns.
- Manage A/B testing, list segmentation, and performance reporting.
- Social Media
- Assist in overseeing both paid social campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.) and organic social growth.
- Manage scheduling, content calendars, and engagement strategies.
- Search & SEO
- Work with external resource to optimize website and landing pages for organic search visibility.
- Implement keyword strategies, backlinks, and on-page SEO best practices.
- Performance Marketing
- Analyze campaign performance, report results, and implement improvements.
Qualifications
- 3 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a growth-focused role.
- Familiarity with platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, Mailchimp/Klaviyo, HubSpot, or equivalent.
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, etc.).
- Ability to write clear, persuasive copy and create engaging visual content.
- Data-driven mindset with experience in A/B testing and performance optimization.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
