Job Summary
In this role, you will be the face of our shop out in the field. Your primary responsibilities include the service, installation, removal, and surveying of various signage, with a specific focus on electronic signs.
When you aren't in the field, you will be cross-trained in our production department, helping to manufacture the very signs you’ll be installing. Our team enjoys the variety of work—one day you might be wiring an electronic display, and the next you could be fabricating a custom storefront sign.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform onsite surveys to measure and prep for new installs.
- Safe installation and removal of indoor and outdoor signage.
- Troubleshooting and servicing sign components.
- Assisting with shop production and assembly as needed.
- Maintaining a clean and organized work vehicle, job sites, and the shop.
Requirements & Experience Suggestions
While previous sign industry experience is a plus, it is not a requirement. We are fully prepared to train the right candidate who is eager to learn the trade.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
- Skills: Basic math skills are essential; you must be able to read a tape measure accurately.
- Licensing: Must have (or be willing to obtain) a Class C Driver’s License.
- Equipment: Must have your own basic set of hand tools, or a willingness to purchase as needed.
- Experience: Previous experience with electronics, construction, or general maintenance is recommended but not required.
- Mindset: A willingness to be cross-trained and a flexible attitude toward daily tasks.
