What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior Accounts Receivable Specialist position at American Direct Marketing Resources?
American Direct Marketing Resources (ADMR) is looking for a Senior Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team. The role is responsible for managing all aspects of our projects in the accounting software. This includes project numbering, opening projects, and analyzing finished projects so they can be closed out in a prompt manner. In addition, the position will play a vital role in monthly closing, year-end reconciliations, and yearly audit requests.
The role works closely with the account executives and production staff to ensure clients are billed in a prompt and accurate manner. These duties include client billing, cash collections, and tracking various billing data in Excel.
Qualifications And Experience
- At least 2 years of experience in billing or a similar role
- Ability to work independently and in group environments
- Excellent Microsoft Excel, communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Experience working with unique project billings is a plus
