American Direct is seeking a Partner Marketing Specialist. This position sits within a cross-functional team at American Direct which is tasked with advancing strategic initiatives for the organization. Being self-disciplined and self-motivated is a “must” if you are to be successful.

The Role
You will be primarily responsible for managing American Direct’s current partners. This involves, but is not limited to:
- Being the point of contact for the day-to-day operations of the partnership programs.
- Developing and executing strategies to increase marketing engagement in our partnership programs.
- Communicating effectively with external teams (our partner’s Account Managers and Marketing Managers) and internal teams (Account Executives, Creative Services, IT, etc.).
- Monitoring and reporting on month-over-month performance of our partnerships.
- Developing and giving presentations both internally and externally.
- Identifying net new growth opportunities for our partners.
What You Need to Be Successful
- A 4-year college degree
- At least 1 year of experience in an account management or project management role, including internships
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Comfort working with and analyzing numbers
- Strong written and verbal abilities
- Ability to travel as needed (no more than 25% of the time)

Salary : $50,000 - $60,000
