CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE/ DATA ENTRY

Customer Service Representative Part Time to Full Time (Remote)

We are seeking a friendly, reliable Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role begins as part time with the opportunity to grow into a full-time position based on performance.
Position Details:

• Schedule: Part Time 4 hours per day (MondayFriday)
• Pay: $18/hour
• Location: Remote after training
• Training: 1 week of on-site training in Baldwin, NY (required)

About the Role: You will be the first point of contact for our customers, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and providing excellent service via phone, email and text. Job resonsibiities will also include basic data entry. We are looking for someone who is comfortable working independently from home once training is complete.
Responsibilities:

• Answer customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner
• Provide accurate information about products/services
• Resolve customer issues or escalate when necessary
• Document customer interactions in our system
• Follow company policies, procedures, and quality standard
• data entry

Requirements:

• Must be able to attend 1 week of in-person training in Baldwin, NY
• Previous customer service experience preferred, but not required
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
• Comfortable using computers and basic software tools
• Reliable high-speed internet and a dedicated in home office away from background noise
• Punctual, dependable, and able to follow directions
• Must live within 30 minutes of Farmingdale, NY

Growth Opportunity: This position starts at 4 hours daily, with the potential to increase to full time based on your performance, reliability, and business needs.
