Job Description
- Oversee daily front-of-house and back-of-house operations to ensure seamless service delivery and adherence to company standards.
- Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and systems to enhance retail locations efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and ensure food quality, presentation, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Lead, train, and mentor staff to maintain high standards of customer service and professionalism.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for timely procurement of quality ingredients and supplies.
- Analyze performance metrics and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective measures.
- Plan and execute marketing strategies to promote retail dining services and attract new customers.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement innovative dining concepts and promotional campaigns.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations in all aspects of the dining operations.
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally and effectively to maintain positive customer relationships.
- Regularly review and refine menu offerings to align with customer preferences and market trends.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5- 7 years of experience in food service, retail dining operations, or hospitality management.
- Strong leadership and management skills
