What You’ll Be Doing
- Support multiple dental offices within a local region
- Help teams improve workflow, scheduling, and patient experience
- Coach front office, assistants, and office coordinators
- Assist with staffing, onboarding, and team development
- Identify inefficiencies and fix them
- Travel between offices (all within 30-45 minutes of each other)
What You Need
- Dental experience (assistant or office leadership preferred)
- Strong communication and leadership instincts
- Ability to hold teams accountable (while earning their respect)
- Organized, self-directed, and comfortable working across multiple locations
