Position Overview

We are seeking a Patient Care Advocate who will take ownership of the patient journey while driving treatment acceptance and schedule performance.

  • Discuss financial options and assist with payment arrangements
  • Guide patients toward timely acceptance of treatment

Scheduling & Production Management

  • Manage and optimize the daily schedule
  • Maintain a 95% schedule fill rate
  • Strategically schedule procedures to meet production goals
  • Reduce cancellations and open chair time

Follow-Up & Revenue Capture

  • Follow up on unscheduled treatment
  • Maintain and manage treatment pending reports
  • Ensure all diagnosed treatment is tracked and addressed

Performance Expectations (KPIs)

  • Case Acceptance Rate: 70%
  • Schedule Fill Rate: 95%
  • Contribution to Office Collections Goal: 98%
  • Daily Production Goals Met or Exceeded
  • Reduction in unscheduled treatment

Qualifications

  • 2 years of dental front office or treatment coordination experience (preferred)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Confidence discussing treatment and financial arrangements
  • Highly organized with strong multitasking abilities
  • Experience with dental software (Denticon, Open Dental, or similar preferred)
