What we're looking for:
- Extensive experience as a Treatment Coordinator in a dental office.
- Proven ability to handle complex cases such as implants, bone grafts, bridges, and crowns.
- Ability to communicate effectively with patients, explaining treatment plans and answering any questions.
- Strong organizational skills, able to efficiently manage busy schedules.
- A professional and compassionate approach to patient care.
- Assist patients in obtaining third-party financing and exploring other available options.
Responsibilities include:
- Assisting with scheduling and coordinating complex dental procedures.
- Communicating treatment details to patients clearly and confidently.
- Ensuring smooth patient flow and assisting the clinical team with preparation and follow-up.
- Providing exceptional service to every patient and supporting the overall success of the office.
Qualifications:
- 1 year of experience in a dental office.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
