Position: Dental Front Office Receptionist (Full-Time)
Practice: Flagstaff Smiles
Location: Flagstaff, AZ (906 W. University Ave - right near NAU!)
Schedule: Monday – Thursday (7:30 AM – 5:00 PM) | Friday Half-Day (8:00 AM – 2:00 PM)
Compensation: $17.00 – $20.00 / hour (DOE) Monthly Team Performance Bonus
Experience: Dental experience is a plus, but NOT required-we will train the right person!

As The Face And Voice Of Flagstaff Smiles, You Are The First Smile Our Patients See And The Primary Point Of Contact For Our Practice
- Warmly greeting patients upon arrival and managing a seamless check-in process.
- Answering incoming phone calls, confirming appointments, and managing the scheduling calendar.
- Verifying insurance benefits and assisting with chart preparation for upcoming patient visits.
- Delivering a 5-star customer service experience that puts patients at ease from the moment they step into our office.
- Experience: Customer service, retail, hospitality, or office receptionist background preferred. Dental front-office experience is a plus, but on-the-job training is available for motivated candidates!
- Skills: Strong communication, basic computer proficiency, multi-tasking skills, and attention to detail.
- Attributes: Reliable, punctual, friendly, and eager to learn in a warm, patient-first setting.
- Competitive Hourly Pay: $17.00 – $20.00/hour (depending on experience) Monthly Team Performance Bonus
