Your Impact as a Dental Assistant:
Chairside Excellence: Provide high-level assistance to the dentist during a variety of restorative and cosmetic procedures.
Patient Advocacy: Ensure patients are comfortable, informed, and cared for from the moment they are seated until they check out.
Diagnostic Support: Take high-quality X-rays and digital scans to assist in precise treatment planning.
Clinical Integrity: Maintain a "gold standard" sterilization area, track inventory, and ensure accurate clinical records are maintained in our digital system.
Team Support: Collaborate with the front office and hygienists to ensure the practice runs smoothly and the schedule is optimized.
What We're Looking For:
Experience: 1 years of experience as a Dental Assistant (Required).
Licensing: Active Arizona Dental Assistant License and X-ray Certification (Required).
Skills: Proficiency in taking digital X-rays and impressions; experience with digital scanning is a plus.
Mindset: A proactive, detail-oriented professional with a "patient-first" attitude and strong communication skills.
