Who Would Be Great Here?
We're looking for a DDS or DMD who is confident clinically, excellent with patients, and excited by the opportunity to grow.
Ideally, you:
- Have 3 years of clinical experience
- Are comfortable practicing independently
- Have strong comprehensive treatment-planning skills
- Are confident with restorative dentistry and removable prosthetics
- Communicate naturally and build patient trust
- Value clinical autonomy
- Enjoy being part of a team
- Think beyond today's schedule and care about the long-term success of a practice
- Are intrigued by the possibility of future partnership or ownership
An active Arizona dental license or eligibility to obtain one is required.
