Job Responsibilities:
The Manager Membership Data Quality plays a key role in executing annual membership processes, improving data quality, supporting system enhancements, and contributing to a forward-looking operations & data strategy.
Must Have:
- Bachelor's Degree or experience in lieu of degree
- 5 years experience (or 9 years in lieu of a degree) with an AMS/CRM or relationship database system and end to end delivery project management.
- At least 3 years of experience using analytical tools such as Excel (XLOOKUP, VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.)
- Knowledge of data analysis and dashboards
- Must have verbal communication, writing, collaboration, presentation, prioritization, strategic, and strong analytical skills
- Be a self-starter, results-focused, process discipline, and comfort working in a complex and evolving operational environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft365 or other Microsoft Office
- Position may require before or after hours work
Nice to Have:
- Experience working within a database and/or project management framework such as Agile or Scrum, using tools like Azure DevOps
