We’re hiring Front Desk Associates at our Fullerton and Lawrence locations! This is more than just a receptionist job — you’ll be the first face patients see and a key part of helping them feel at ease. You’ll be trained to confidently support both patients and our clinical team to help each day run smoothly.

What You’ll Do:

• Welcome every patient with a warm, professional attitude

• Answer phone calls, texts, and emails to schedule appointments and handle inquiries

• Present treatment plans and explain financial options clearly and respectfully

• Manage appointments and ensure accurate, confidential patient records

• Use dental management software and Google Docs – we’ll train you

• Support your team with problem-solving, flexibility, and a can-do attitude
