Kitchen Designer/Sales

We are a small woodworking company located in Tilton, NH that has been in business for 30 years.

We are looking for an individual to manage our kitchen & bath cabinet design/sales division. This person must be comfortable with helping clients through design and pricing phases of the project.

This is a sales and design role only. No woodworking experience is required. This role is heavily focused on using design software (2020 Design preferable or CAD experience). If the candidate has experience with different design software, we are open to making a change.

Other responsibilities will include traveling to jobsites to meet with customers, taking measurements for both cabinetry and granite, discussing color/design choices, producing renderings with the design software, quoting the job, placing the order, and seeing that process through to completion.

The right candidate will possess the following skills:

• Being detailed oriented and able to balance multiple projects at once.
• Maintaining open communication with all parties involved in the project and follow up on customer inquiries.
• Willingness to jump from task to task when priorities shift
• Has experience using computers for emailing and scheduling purposes. As mentioned above, the candidate must also be able to effectively use design software.

The expected hours are Monday through Friday – 7:30am to 4pm. The ideal candidate will be open to occasional weekend assignments to accommodate customers by appointment.

Our goal for this position is to train someone to manage and oversee our kitchen sales department. This role will be highly customer-facing and will require travel to jobsites as needed. A company vehicle will be provided for travel during business hours.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
