We’re hiring Outside Sales Representatives to meet with homeowners in their homes, run the sales appointment, and close high-value roofing and home improvement projects.

What You'll Do
- Run in-home appointments, with inspections, assessments, and estimates
- Diagnose what the home needs and present roofing, siding, and window solutions
- Close high-value residential projects
- Manage your pipeline and follow-ups in the company CRM
- Join weekly sales meetings and ongoing training
What It Takes
- Home improvement sales experience is preferred, not required
- Able to access roofs for inspections, with safety equipment and training provided
- Able to lift 50 pounds
- Clean driving record
- Background check and drug screening
- Comfortable leading the conversation and asking for the business
- Able to build trust quickly and move a homeowner to a decision
Pay: $100,000.00 - $175,000.00 per year
