The Home Health RN Supervisor assures high quality care is coordinated between services and client's needs are identified and addressed.
HOURS:
- Part-time 16-24 hours weekly
- Full-time 32-40 hours a weekly
REQUIREMENTS:
- Registered Nurse with previous Home Care experience preferred
- Hold current and unrestricted RN license valid in Virginia required
- Super organized
- Detail oriented
- Excellent writing skills
- Ability to get along with others
- Effective interpersonal communication
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Word and other like programs, operating computers and establishing work flow
- Working knowledge of private duty nursing preferred
- Adult/pediatric trach and vent experience preferred
RESPONSIBILITIES:
The RN Home Health Supervisor will collaborate with the Case Manager and Director of Operations to facilitate safety and assure positive outcomes across services lines.
