The Home Health RN Educator assures high quality, policy driven documentation and education is accomplished leading to best practices and positive outcomes for our nurses and clients.
HOURS:
- Part-Time 16-20 hours a week.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Registered Nurse with previous Home Care experience
- Hold current and unrestricted RN license valid in Virginia
- Super organized and detail oriented
- Excellent writing and communication skills
- Ability to get along with others
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Word and other like programs, operating computers and establishing work flow
- Working knowledge of private duty nursing preferred
- Adult/pediatric trach and vent experience preferred
RESPONSIBILITIES:
The RN Home Health Educator will collaborate with Case Manager and Director of Operations to facilitate safety and assure positive outcomes across services lines.
