Do you have a passion for western style, retail, and leadership? We’re seeking a motivated and dependable Assistant Manager to help lead our team and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
Position: Assistant Manager
Starting Pay: $15/hour
Schedule: Full-time, some weekends required
What You’ll Do:
- Assist in daily store operations and ensure smooth workflow
- Support and motivate sales associates to meet store goals
- Provide excellent customer service with product knowledge in western clothing, footwear, tack, and more
- Help manage inventory, merchandising, and receiving
- Open and close the store when needed, handling cash and registers responsibly
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting shopping environment
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous retail or supervisory experience preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Dependability and willingness to work some weekends
- Passion for the western lifestyle or the agriculture industry is a bonus
