The Facilities Coordinator supports daily facility operations to ensure a safe, organized, and efficient work environment. Responsibilities:
Access Control:
Manage the entry gate and oversee access for contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and visitors.
Ensure security procedures are followed and maintain accurate access logs.
Delivery Management:
Receive, track, and record delivery tickets.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely processing and distribution.
Communication & Coordination:
Work closely with project management, site personnel, and vendors to support ongoing operations.
Communicate facility-related updates, needs, and issues as they arise.
Record Keeping:
Maintain documentation related to facility operations, including access logs and safety-related records.
Administrative Support:
Assist with general administrative tasks and support special projects as needed.
