Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a skilled trade within the construction or industrial sector.
- At least 2 years of supervisory or foreman experience managing a team of trades workers.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Technical certification or vocational training in a relevant trade.
- OSHA 30-hour safety certification or equivalent safety training.
- Experience with project management software and digital reporting tools.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
- Previous experience working in a unionized environment.
