Key Responsibilities
- Project Supervision: Oversee day-to-day field operations of water and wastewater construction projects that meet ACE’s quality and safety standards.
- Technical Expertise: Understand the specific installation requirements of equipment, including setup, integration with facility systems, and calibration for optimal performance.
- Safety & Compliance: Enforce ACE and OSHA safety standards, providing a secure job site.
- Team Coordination: Build positive relationships with clients, consultants, engineers, and subcontractors, ensuring they are informed about project progress, especially related to advanced mechanical equipment installations.
- Project Closeout: Complete final inspections, testing, and system startups, ensuring systems are fully operational and meet all specifications.
Qualifications
-Experience: 5 years in senior supervision role on construction projects
- Skills: Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, ability to handle high-value projects, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Customer-focused, with excellent communication skills.
