Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- 7 years of experience in construction project management
- Strong understanding of project budgeting, scheduling, and cost control
- Experience managing teams and leading projects from start to finish
- Experience with water or wastewater treatment plant construction
- Background working with a self-perform general contractor
- Experience managing complex mechanical or heavy civil projects
- Familiarity with estimating, preconstruction, and project turnover processes
- Manage overall project performance including schedule, budget, and client relationships
- Lead project planning, including budgeting, scheduling, and construction approach
- Work with Superintendents to coordinate field operations and major work activities
- Oversee subcontractor performance and project execution
- Manage pay applications, cash flow, and project financials
- Support and lead Project Engineers and co-ops
- Coordinate with preconstruction and estimating teams during project startup
- Identify and resolve project issues related to scope, cost, or schedule
- Strong leadership and ability to manage project teams
- Solid understanding of construction operations and project flow
- Ability to manage budgets, schedules, and multiple priorities
- Clear communication with field teams, clients, and internal staff
- Problem-solving mindset with ability to make decisions and keep projects moving

Salary : $90,000 - $140,000
