What are the responsibilities and job description for the SBA Loan Officer/Trainee (Underwriter) position at American Continental Bank?
· BA/BS Degree in Business, Accounting or Related Field preferred.
· Underwrite commercial loans under the SBA 7(a) Program. This involves collecting required documents, communicating with clients, evaluating credit worthiness, and underwriting loans.
· Perform other servicing and monitoring functions as directed by supervisor.
· Conduct site visits and on-site interviews.
· Detail-oriented and be able to multi-task while meeting important deadlines.
· Excellent communication and written skills in English, and interpersonal skills.
· Bilingual in English & Korean (preferred).
· Annual salary starts at $50,000 for trainee (commensurate with experience).
· Incentive program available.
