Are you dependable, hardworking, and ready to be part of a team that takes pride in delivering high-quality concrete floors? We’re looking for Concrete Polishers and General Laborers to join our growing crew.
If you have experience running heavy equipment, working with tools, or driving a 26' box truck — we want to talk to you. (Ability to drive a 26' box truck is a BIG plus.)
🔹 Job Summary
As a Concrete Polisher, you will operate heavy polishing equipment to achieve smooth, high-quality concrete finishes. This is a hands-on, physical role that requires attention to detail and teamwork. You’ll travel with the crew to job sites and help deliver projects safely, efficiently, and professionally.
🔹 Responsibilities
Operate concrete polishing equipment and tools
Follow specifications to ensure proper finish and quality
Inspect completed work for accuracy and consistency
Maintain a clean and safe work area
Assist crew with setup and breakdown of job sites
Travel for extended periods (2–3 weeks at a time) in a company vehicle
Adhere to all safety protocols
🔹 Requirements
Tennessee residency required
Must live within 1 hour of Knoxville, TN
Reliable transportation to and from our Knoxville office
Willingness to travel out of town for extended projects
Ability to lift heavy equipment and work on your feet
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
Team-oriented with good communication skills
Experience in concrete polishing/finishing is a plus (not required)
Mechanical aptitude or familiarity with tools preferred
Ability to drive a 26' box truck is a plus
