POSITION SUMMARY
The Test Technician will perform a wide range of electro-mechanical assembly operations in support of production projects. This individual will assemble, test and troubleshoot various electro-mechanical assemblies based on customer specifications and documentation.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

- Use small hand tools (including but not limited to; screw driver, tweezers, pliers, etc.) to complete box builds, cable/wire assembles and PCB assemblies
- Use the computer to complete shop move logs and review work instructions and standard operating procedures
- Use documentation such as test procedures, bill-of-materials (BOM), assembly drawings, schematics and part specifications to test and troubleshoot a variety of electronic equipment
- Use a variety of electronic test equipment; such as DMM, oscilloscope, and frequency counter to test and troubleshoot a variety of electronic assemblies.
- Check and complete all paperwork associated with the manufacturing data pick
- Ensure manufacturing time requirements are met
- X-ray PCBA to help diagnose issues
- Other duties may be assigned including, but not limited to, packing, boxing and labeling of finished product, inspection of mechanical assemblies, through hole assemblies and some soldering
