What Can You Expect?

• First 90 Days : Paid immersive training at our Corporate Headquarters in Plano, TX followed by on-site training in resident relations and property operations
• Travel: Must be able to travel to our properties in Houston and Abilene
• Schedule: Approximately 40 hours per week; including varied weekend rotations as needed
• Hands-on Experience: Rotations across multiple departments and on-site property services
