Responsibilities
- Assist with the preparation of construction sites by clearing debris, setting up tools, and organizing materials
- Load, unload, and transport materials and equipment to ensure smooth workflow on-site
- Support carpenters, masons, electricians, and other tradespeople with their tasks as needed
- Operate basic hand tools and power tools safely under supervision
- Follow safety protocols diligently to maintain a secure work environment for everyone
- Perform general site cleanup to keep the workspace organized and hazard-free
- Help with setting up scaffolding, temporary structures, or barriers as required
Requirements
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting heavy materials and standing for extended periods
- Strong work ethic with a positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
- Basic understanding of construction site safety practices and procedures
- Reliable transportation to and from job sites
- Prior experience in construction or manual labor is a plus but not required; training will be provided
